Conflict Management

As anyone who regularly deals with the public can attest, there are times when people can become confrontational.

The B-TEC Level 2 Award in conflict management aims to teach the skills to lessen the risks to people faced with these situations.

This is the same style of training given to Police officers and security staff. It is now being rolled out to professionals in any field where conflict can arise.
